If your agent closed
CNFans and ACBuy shut down in August 2026, AllChinaBuy has been offline since a hack, Pandabuy was raided in 2024 and Wegobuy has been gone since early 2025. Some names in spreadsheet searches aren't agents at all. Taobao, Weidian and 1688 need an agent such as Usfans; others sell directly to you, with their own checkout and protection.

Usfans' audience is concentrated in five countries, and import rules decide a large part of each order's cost:

Statuses marked with a date come from our own checks of the agent's site and public reports between 31 August and 1 October 2026. "Sep data" means the agent was listed as operating in our September 2026 agent data with no closure reports since. Closures marked owner-confirmed come from the operators' own statements.
