A small agent with a lot of namesakes
Fansbuy is one of the smaller agents in our data, at about 4,500 searches a month worldwide, but its name has attracted an unusual number of look-alike sites. Search for a Fansbuy spreadsheet and you'll find spreadsheet guides, coupon pages and "independent buyer guides" on domains like .org, .net, .lol and even .christmas, many of them repeating the same claims. That pattern is exactly what this site was set up to untangle for Usfans, so we apply the same approach here.
The agent's own site, fansbuy.com, was live when we checked on 4 October 2026, with the slogan "By the Fans, For the World".
Fansbuy is real; many sites using its name aren't Fansbuy.
What fansbuy.com itself says
| Term | Fansbuy (its homepage) | Usfans (its homepage) |
|---|---|---|
| Platforms | Taobao, 1688, JD, Weidian | Taobao, Weidian, 1688 |
| Quality check | QC photos and videos | 3–5 free QC photos |
| Free storage | 90 days | 90 days |
| Shipping lines | 150+ | 200+ lines, 200+ countries |
| Support | Bilingual support, stated as 7/15 | English and Spanish interface |
At the time of our check, Fansbuy was also running an anniversary promotion on international shipping until 14 October 2026; promotions change, so treat any code as temporary.
On paper the two agents are close; JD support and video QC are Fansbuy's extras.
Fees: the claims disagree
Fees are where the namesake sites contradict each other. One unofficial explainer says Fansbuy charges no separate service fee on orders from supported platforms; a coupon site advertises an "8% fixed service fee". Neither is Fansbuy's own statement. The same uncertainty applies to Usfans, where independent sources cite anything from no markup to 5%, as our Usfans review sets out. The only reliable number is the one at checkout, so compare a real basket on both sites.
Ignore fee claims from third-party sites; compare checkout totals.
Spotting an unofficial Fansbuy site
- The domain isn't fansbuy.com but asks you to "register on Fansbuy" through its link.
- Every page pushes one invite code, which earns the site owner a reward.
- Claims are copied word for word across several domains.
- No dates on statuses or fees.
Using such a site isn't necessarily harmful if its links lead to fansbuy.com, but never enter a password or card details anywhere else. Our Usfans real-site check applies the same test to Usfans look-alikes.
Log in only at the agent's own domain.
Track record
Public review data on Fansbuy is thin. A reputation scanner checked in June 2026 found no security warnings, an old domain and mixed sentiment from a handful of reviews. That's not enough to judge reliability either way. A small first order, with QC photos reviewed before shipping, is the sensible test for Fansbuy as for any lesser-known agent, and paying by card or PayPal keeps a dispute route open if something goes wrong.
Too few reviews to judge; start with a small order.
What video QC adds
Fansbuy's homepage mentions QC videos as well as photos. A short video shows things photos can hide: how a fabric moves, whether a zip runs smoothly, how shoes flex, and the true colour under changing light. Usfans' free offer is 3–5 photos per item; buyers who want more detail can ask for extra photos at either agent, sometimes for a fee. If texture and movement matter for what you're buying, video is a real advantage; for simple items, photos are enough.
Video helps for fabrics and moving parts; photos cover most items.
Which one to choose
| If you… | Lean towards |
|---|---|
| Want JD.com items alongside Taobao | Fansbuy |
| Prefer a Spanish interface and Spain-focused lines | Usfans |
| Care most about video checks | Fansbuy |
| Want more public buyer reports to read | Usfans, though its Trustpilot score was suppressed after a review sanction |
Spanish readers can compare delivery options in la línea española de Usfans before deciding.
Choose by platform, language and how you like to check items.
Lines and countries
Fansbuy advertises more than 150 shipping lines; Usfans advertises more than 200 lines to more than 200 countries and regions. Raw counts say little, because most buyers only see a handful of lines for their own address. What matters is whether a line to your country includes duties, how long it takes and how it's priced by weight. Since 1 July 2026, EU parcels up to €150 pay a €3 duty per item category plus VAT, and US parcels pay duty on every shipment, so a duties-paid option is worth looking for at either agent. Our Usfans shipping guide explains how to read a line's description.
Compare the lines offered for your address, not the headline count.
Moving a Fansbuy sheet to Usfans
Fansbuy sheets link to Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or JD items through Fansbuy pages. For Taobao, Weidian and 1688 items, the link helper extracts the item number so you can paste a clean link into usfans.com. JD items may not be supported by Usfans; check first. The agent hub lists other agents with check dates if you want a third option.
Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links move easily; JD links may not.
