Taobao lists by category, not by brand
Taobao is where most spreadsheet finds live, and the searches around it are specific. Beyond the general term, Google suggests "taobao spreadsheet shoes", "running", "women", "clothes", "room decor", "archive", "fashion", "lego" and "links". People aren't looking for one giant sheet; they want the part of a sheet that matches what they're shopping for.
This page takes those categories one by one from a Usfans buyer's point of view: what the lists usually contain, what goes wrong, and how to get the item through the agent and into one parcel. For how a first Usfans order works end to end, see our Usfans review.
Search by category; each one has its own sizing or shipping trap.
Shoes and running shoes
Shoe tabs are the busiest part of most Taobao sheets, and "running" shows up separately in French suggestions. Taobao has a huge range of unbranded and Chinese-brand running shoes, often from sellers who also supply bigger labels. Sizing is the main risk: many sellers list Chinese sizes, and the same number can mean a different foot length from one factory to the next.
- Measure your foot in millimetres and use the listing's length column.
- Ask for a sole measurement in the QC step if you're between sizes.
- Remove the box before shipping unless you need it; shoe boxes double volumetric weight.
Our Usfans shoes guide covers QC photos for footwear in detail.
Foot length in millimetres, then a measured QC photo if unsure.
Women's clothes
"Taobao spreadsheet women" appears in all three regions. Women's tabs tend to cover knitwear, dresses, workwear and Korean- or Japanese-style basics. Taobao listings usually include a measurement table in centimetres with bust, waist, hip and length; trust that over S, M and L. Fabric descriptions vary a lot, so ask Usfans for a close-up QC photo of the fabric when it matters.
| Item | Measure | Typical issue |
|---|---|---|
| Knitwear | Bust, length, sleeve | Thinner than photos suggest |
| Dresses | Bust, waist, length | Shorter length on tall buyers |
| Trousers | Waist, hip, inseam | Short inseams |
Read the centimetre table and ask for a fabric close-up.
Room decor: light but expensive to ship
Room-decor sheets are popular on TikTok: lamps, rugs, wall art, shelves and storage. They're cheap on Taobao, but international shipping is charged on volumetric weight, which is roughly length × width × height divided by a carrier factor. A lamp that weighs one kilo can be billed as four. Before you buy, check the package size on the listing and run it through the shipping estimator. Fragile glass and ceramic items need extra packing, and items with batteries or plugs may need specific lines or be refused.
Check package size first; bulky decor can cost more to ship than to buy.
Archive fashion and branded items
"Archive" lists collect older-era designer styles. Many listings in these and other fashion tabs copy trademarked designs. In the EU, the UK and the US, customs can seize goods that infringe a trademark, and neither Usfans nor any shipping line can protect you from that. This site doesn't recommend such listings. The safer side of the same lists is unbranded tailoring, independent Chinese labels and vintage pieces without copied logos.
Unbranded and independent labels travel safely; copied logos don't.
Building-block sets
"Lego" appears in French suggestions. Taobao sells plenty of building-block sets from Chinese brands with their own designs, and those are legitimate. Sets sold as copies of LEGO-branded models are a different matter and face the same trademark rules as fashion. Blocks are heavy for their size, so a few large sets can push a parcel into a higher price band.
Own-brand block sets are fine; boxed copies of branded sets aren't.
Links, Reddit and other agents' sheets
"Taobao spreadsheet links" and "reddit" round out the suggestions. Most Taobao sheets aren't raw Taobao links at all: they're links wrapped in a particular agent's page, chosen because the creator has an invite code there. Reddit threads swap these sheets and flag sellers who changed a listing after it went viral. For a Usfans buyer, both are usable. The Taobao item number sits inside every wrapped link, and the link helper extracts it.
- Check the shop, not just the item: a seller's rating and how long the shop has existed show more than one listing's photos.
- Compare the variant names in the listing with the sheet; sellers sometimes rename colours.
- Read the latest Reddit comments first; a listing praised last year may have changed supplier.
Any agent's Taobao link can become a Usfans order through its item number.
From Taobao link to one parcel
- Copy the item link from the sheet or the Taobao app; the link helper cleans up app-share links.
- Paste it into usfans.com, pick colour and size, and pay for the item.
- Review the 3–5 free QC photos when it reaches the warehouse.
- Wait for the rest of your items; storage is free for 90 days.
- Ship once, choosing a line for your country; Spanish buyers can read about la línea española.
In the EU, parcels up to €150 now pay €3 for each item category on top of VAT, so a haul of shoes, knitwear and a lamp counts as three categories.
Link in, photos checked, everything shipped together.
FAQ
Can Usfans buy any Taobao item?
Most items, yes: paste the Taobao link into usfans.com. Restricted goods such as batteries, liquids and some powders may be refused or need special lines.
Why is my Taobao room decor so expensive to ship?
Shipping is charged on volumetric weight, so light but bulky items like lamps, rugs and shelves cost far more than their real weight suggests.
Are Taobao running shoes true to size?
Often not. Many sellers use Chinese sizing; check the foot-length column in millimetres and the seller's own size advice.
What does 'archive' mean in Taobao spreadsheets?
Lists of older or vintage-style designer-era pieces. Be careful: many 'archive' listings copy trademarked designs, which customs can seize.
Does Taobao ship abroad without an agent?
Taobao offers its own overseas shipping to some countries, but range and seller coverage vary. An agent adds photos and combines many sellers into one parcel.
