What Temu spreadsheets look like
Searches for "temu spreadsheet" run at about 380 a month worldwide in our September data, and Google's suggestions show a clear pattern: men, clothes, shoes, reddit, free and "2025 pdf". These lists are mostly men's basics: plain tees, cargo trousers, puffer jackets, trainers and accessories, each with a Temu link and a price. They spread as PDFs on TikTok, as Google sheets and as Reddit threads where buyers say what fitted and what didn't.
Temu itself is a direct marketplace. You pay Temu and the item comes to you, usually from China, sometimes from a local warehouse. That makes a Temu list very different from the Usfans sheets on our homepage, which link to Taobao or Weidian items that need an agent to buy them.

Free PDF lists and what's inside them
"Free" and "pdf" appear together in the suggestions because many creators give the list away as a download. That's fine, but a PDF is frozen on the day it was made. Within weeks some links stop working, prices move and listings get replaced with a similar-looking item from another seller. A "2025 pdf" in October 2026 is especially likely to be out of date.
- Check the link lands on temu.com and not on a copy site asking you to log in.
- Ignore prices in the file; the checkout price is the real one.
- Skip lists that cost money; the links are public listings anyone can search for.
- Treat invite codes as optional; many lists include the author's referral code, which earns them credit.
Use the PDF as a starting point and confirm everything on the live listing.
Sizing men's clothes and shoes
Temu listings show a size chart, but sellers fill it in themselves, and the same "L" can differ by several centimetres between two shops. Reddit comments are useful here because buyers post their height, weight and the size they kept. For clothes, compare chest width and length with a garment that fits you. For shoes, measure your foot in millimetres and use the seller's length column, not the size number. Returns: what Temu covers
Temu's return policy is one reason people buy from it directly. Most items can be returned within 90 days of the purchase date, the first return from each order ships free, and you then have 14 days to post the parcel once you've requested the return. Worn clothes, underwear and some hygiene items are excluded, and further returns from the same order carry a fee. Because the 90 days start at purchase, not delivery, a slow parcel eats into your window.
Agent orders work differently. With Usfans, problems are best caught before the parcel leaves China, using the warehouse photos; once an international parcel has arrived, returning to a Chinese seller is slow and often not worth the postage.
Temu's returns are easy; agent orders rely on checking photos before shipping.
Duties in 2026: Europe and the US
Temu parcels aren't exempt from the new rules. In the EU, a €3 customs duty now applies to each item category in parcels up to €150, on top of VAT, and large marketplaces such as Temu usually add both to the checkout total. A €2 EU handling fee per item is due by November 2026. In the US, every parcel has owed duty since the de minimis exemption was suspended in 2025.
